us via email
and you will
be contacted
to arrange a
time to view
your house.
Do you
charge a fee
or a
commission?
No fee is
ever charged
to view
and/or make
an offer for
your house.
Are you a
franchise?
We are NOT a
franchise
company that
just buys
ugly houses.
We don't
have lots of
overhead,
and we work
with private
investors,
which are
some of the
reasons why
we can close
quickly.
How do
you
determine
the price
you’ll pay
for the
house?
Lots of
things
affect the
price of a
house. We
determine
the price of
the house
the same way
Realtor’s
and Bank
Appraiser’s
do, by using
past,
present and
sold market
data from
your area.
To get a
complete
picture of
your local
marketplace,
the data
collected
will include
information
about
currently
available
comparable
listings,
pending
sales, sales
that
occurred
within the
last 6
months, as
well as
information
about
listings
that did not
sell during
the listing
period. And
houses are
priced
depending on
the amount
of repairs
needed.
What if you
can’t
purchase our
house?
If we are
unable to
purchase
your house,
we will give
you the best
advice on
where to
look or who
to call for
a solution
to your
situation.
Can I
stop
foreclosure
by selling
my house?
In most
cases, yes,
selling your
home will
allow you to
avoid
foreclosure
and protect
your credit.
If you owe
more than
you can net
in a sale,
we can still
help you
sell your
house by
doing a
"short
sale".
